Our suites and studios offer Panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, California Coast, and the San Clemente Pier.
Studios with a walk out patio come nicely equipped with a queen bed, a sofa, a coffee table, a 25 inch TV, a small refrigerator, a coffee maker and a microwave. We also have studios that include walk out balconies.



Our one bedroom suites are ideal for couples and small families. They are complete with a queen size bed in the bedroom and a day bed in the living room.(space needed here) The suite also offers a large living room and dining room with panoramic windows, two sofas, a 25 inch TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with cooking and eating utensils. Be sure to sit out on your private balcony to enjoy the fabulous views and the amazing sunsets.



We also have two one bedroom suites with a blue water view that are located in the back of the building. Both suites include a full kitchen, living room, a 25 inch TV, a queen size bed in the bedroom, and two sofas in the living room. One of the suites has a private balcony with a blue water view, while the other has no balcony but an amazing full ocean and pier view.



Our two bedroom two bathroom suites provide you with two private balconies, one off of the master bedroom and one off of the living room. These two bedroom suites will easily accommodate up to six people. The living room and kitchen set up is the same as our one bedroom suites.




The Villa del Mar offers one bedroom one bath and two bedroom one bath suites.



The one bedroom suites offer either two queen beds in the bedroom or a king and a queen combination. The suite offers a large living room and dining room with panoramic windows, two sofas, a 25 inch TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with cooking and eating utensils. Exiting your suite through a sliding glass door you will find your own private large patio with an umbrella shaded round table for four and a lounge chair to take advantage of the warm sun.



The two bedroom one bath suites are located on the top floors of the property. The suite offers a large living room and dining room with panoramic windows, two sofas, a 25 inch TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with cooking and eating utensils. Exiting your suite through a sliding glass door you will find your own private large patio with an umbrella shaded round table for four and a lounge chair to take advantage of the warm sun.
