Late Check-ins are considered any arrival after 7PM.
All late Check-ins must be arranged with hotel staff prior to 7PM night of arrival.

DAILY/OFF SEASON RESERVATIONS

-Credit card authorization of 1st day required on all daily reservations.
-Balance due upon arrival

-All reservations require a fourteen (14) day advanced cancellation on all nights reserved.
-Failure to cancel before the fourteen (14) days prior to arrival will result in a charge equal to all nights reserved to the guests credit card.

HOLIDAY AND WEEKLY OFF SEASON RESERVATIONS

-50% deposit is required on all weekly and monthly reservations payable by personal check or money order.
-Balance due upon arrival.

-All reservations require a fourteen (14) day advanced cancellation on all nights reserved.
-Failure to cancel before the fourteen (14) days prior to arrival will result in a charge equal to all nights reserved to the guests credit card.

SUMMER RESERVATIONS: JUNE 15TH THROUGH SEPTEMBER 15TH

-Summer reservations from June 15th to September 15th are NON CANCELLABLE.
-All deposits required must be received within 14 days of the date of booking.
-50% deposit is required of the total reservation payable by personal check or money order ONLY.
-All deposits for summer reservations are non-refundable.

ALTERATIONS TO RESERVATIONS

Reservations cannot be altered or shortened without the written approval of the Sea Horse Resort or Villa Del Mar.

SMOKING POLICY

Sea Horse Resort and Villa Del Mar are NON-SMOKING hotels. Failure to abide to this smoke free policy will result in a charge to the authorized credit card holder and / or occupant for the amount of $500. dollars.

DAMAGES OR MISSING ITEMS

Any items damaged or missing from your room will be charged to the authorized credit card holder/occupant.
